What happens when we get hurt? We are down for a long time, and you think that there is nothing that can change how you feel. However we have to realize that these parts of our lives are necessary. Getting hurt is something that each of us must experience. It shapes who we are, it teaches us, and guides us. It is a warning, telling us not to make the same mistakes twice. You may want to erase something from your past, or erase an event, but you would make the same mistake again; it would alter who you are and where you are presently. The most important thing to remember is that you are who you are because of all situations in the past, not just good, and not just bad.
